Role Description

The Program Director, Enterprise Program Management Office is responsible for driving execution rigor, transparency, and alignment for critical strategic programs and enterprise priorities. Reporting to the VP, EPMO, this role partners with business owners, executive sponsors, and cross-functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans, drive disciplined program delivery, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

The Program Director serves as a strategic execution partner helping the organization reduce execution friction, improve coordination, accelerate decision-making, and deliver measurable business results. This role joins the EPMO during a pivotal stage of growth and partners closely with the VP, EPMO to help establish and mature the enterprise program management function, shaping governance, operating rhythms, portfolio visibility, execution standards, and reporting practices that enable successful delivery of strategic priorities.
