Role Description

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in a Remote capacity. As a Program Coordinator, you will support clinical research activities and medical communications initiatives that advance new treatments for patients. This position plays a key role in project coordination, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest quality standards in project delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow industry-standard processes, and contribute to project operations from planning through successful completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing program timelines, coordinating publications and medical education projects.
• Organizing meetings and congress submissions.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and status reporting.
• Monitoring budgets, risks, and issue resolution to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver excellence.
• Developing program updates, internal reports, and publication materials that support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working in medical communications, publications management, or a regulated environment.
• The ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• A commitment to quality and attention to detail in all project deliverables.
• Comfort working with project management tools and publication tracking systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project and team coordination experience.
• Experience in medical communications or publications project management.
• Expertise in publication and medical education tracking tools such as Datavision, iEnvision, or PubStrat.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience with scientific journal and congress submissions.
• Familiarity with additional project management or medical communications methodologies.
