[Hiring] Process Improvement Manager @Datavant

Role Description

• Assess workflows, systems, handoffs, policies, documentation, and customer journeys for assigned processes and teams.
• Use customer contacts, employee feedback, quality trends, and operational metrics to identify recurring friction and quantify its impact.
• Lead process mapping, root-cause analysis, task audits, and workflow redesign, adapting existing approaches and precedent to the problem at hand.
• Document and standardize SOPs documentation, controls, and operating practices across legacy teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate, eliminate, simplify, or streamline work.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Success, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to resolve cross-functional customer pain points.
• Build business cases and prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, operational value, risk, effort, and feasibility.
• Partner with Training and Quality to ensure changes are understood, adopted, measured, and sustained.
• Track results such as lower contact volume, reduced turnaround time, fewer errors, improved quality, increased productivity, and lower cost to serve.
• Serve as a visible change agent who creates accountability and drives disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, project management, consulting, or transformation.
• Strong process-mapping and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience translating customer and operational data into action.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, change management, or similar methods.
• Comfort working across multiple products, systems, teams, and legacy processes.

Benefits

• The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is: $98,000 — $115,000 USD.
