Role Description

The position involves a combination of project management and business analysis with a focus on Gen AI capabilities.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize high-value use cases for Gen AI adoption.
• Define use cases and develop workflows (Use case scenario).
• Analyze the source/output data to adopt the Gen AI platform.
• Define key tasks to develop use cases of Gen AI and coordinate with RAG tuning specialists and Labelers.
• Develop business cases to drive business outcomes from Gen AI adoption.
• Conduct workshops and assessments to evaluate client readiness for Gen AI adoption.
• Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Gen AI capabilities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and refine Gen AI product offerings.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings among stakeholders (User, RAG developer, Labeler, etc.), ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee Gen AI lifecycle and ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the Quality Assurance of the Gen AI Project.
• Contribute to the role of BA (85%) and QA (15%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business outcomes through AI adoption.
• Experience with Gen AI technologies, including their applications and limitations (preferred).
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements.
• QA experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Korean) preferred.
