Role Description

We are seeking a Planning, Capacity & Productivity Specialist to strengthen operational execution across productivity management, capacity insights, capability development coordination, and RF/OB consolidation for IT Operations of one of our Clients. This role ensures a reliable planning rhythm, supports data‑driven decision‑making, and contributes to IT's vision of an AI‑enabled, predictable, and continuously improving operating model. The individual will help transform planning routines into strategic enablers - boosting visibility, forecast accuracy, resource readiness, and organizational capability across the platform.

Your day-to-day activities would focus at the beginning on:

  • RF/OB Regional Input Coordination
    • Collect, consolidate, and validate regional inputs during RF and OB cycles.
    • Work with budget owners to ensure timely updates and clean submissions.
  • Productivity Management
    • Lead the productivity pipeline for the year, ensuring activities progress and remain tracked.
    • Maintain a live productivity dashboard and report monthly on progress, risks, and impacts.
  • Capacity Management Support
    • Set up framework for capacity management.
    • Prepare reports on quarterly capacity vs demand insights and support scenario planning.
    • Track contractor pool, resource costs, utilization trends.
    • Maintain frameworks and governance for capacity planning.
  • Capability Management Coordination
    • Support capability surveys, roadmap execution, training coordination, and peer group activities.
    • Maintain capability trackers, consolidate feedback, communicate training opportunities, and ensure high engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Strong initiative and structured communication, including communication across diverse audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, vlookups).
  • Solid understanding of financials and SAP is a must have.
  • Analytical and modelling skills for capacity insights.
  • Familiarity with AI for automation and forecasting use cases.
  • Change management & facilitation capabilities.
  • Understanding of IT & Core business function.
  • PowerQuery / Power BI for operational dashboards is a plus.
