[Hiring] OWA Member Support Specialist @The Humane League

Role Description

The Open Wing Alliance (OWA), a program of The Humane League, is a global coalition of 80+ animal protection organizations united in a common goal: to end the abuse of chickens worldwide. As the OWA Member Support Specialist, you are the operational backbone of the alliance. This role combines project management with essential day-to-day operational work.

• Independently manage and develop projects such as the OWA Mentorship Program and Virtual Training Academy.
• Lead data analysis initiatives and maintain the digital platforms, communications, and processes for 80+ member organizations.
• Serve as a primary liaison for the alliance members, applying technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Requires a high degree of independence, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring domestic and international travel, equivalent to 2 or more trips per year. You may be required to work occasional hours outside of 9am - 5pm, depending on your time zone.
