[Hiring] Manager, Engineering Services Project Management @CSL

Role Description

The Manager, Engineering Services Project Management is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering a portfolio of capital improvement, facility remediation, and construction projects across our existing center network. This role oversees a broad range of projects including:

• Building and infrastructure improvements
• Mechanical, electrical, and HVAC upgrades
• Roofing and building envelope repairs
• Site and dock improvements
• Life-safety initiatives
• Equipment and facility upgrades
• Mold remediation
• Water mitigation
• Other facility-driven capital needs

This position provides end-to-end project and program leadership to ensure all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with operational requirements, established budgets, schedules, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• 8–10 years of demonstrated commercial construction project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience managing construction projects within occupied, operational facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors to achieve best results.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex construction and facility issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in occupied facilities and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet required.
• Experience with Corrigo is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required based on project and business needs. Travel frequency will vary depending on project requirements.
• Must be able to climb and descend fixed and portable ladders, including rooftop access ladders.
• Must be able to safely perform work at elevated heights.
