Role Description

Manage end-to-end CRM and business applications projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and business process reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX standards; coordinate CSV activities.
• Coordinate customer master data, HCP/HCO data, and integration efforts across MDM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and resource capacity across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in life sciences CRM or business applications.

Requirements

• Project Management, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.
• Risk, budget, and vendor management.
• Life sciences compliance: GxP, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, Computer System Validation.

• Veeva Align, Veeva Network, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Data & Analytics: Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, MDM Platforms.
• Enterprise Applications: SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, ComplianceWire.
• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Salesforce, Veeva, ITIL, SAFe.
