Role Description

JOIN the remote team of a dynamic US-based Marketing Agency seeking an ambitious Junior Project Manager where you will fill a client-facing role. You will run high-impact A/B Tests requiring coordination across many disciplines such as research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders. Your job will be to keep everything moving forward, aligned, and energized.

Duties

• Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and ensure tests move smoothly from idea → build → launch → analysis. Spot risks early, unblock teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Strategy & Planning: Help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments. Communicate the “why” behind the plan, set expectations, and walk clients through progress and results in weekly meetings.
• Energy (“Vibes”): Be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. Bring clarity, positivity, and momentum. Keep people focused and motivated when things get busy or complicated.

Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates—especially Economics, Math, or Finance majors.

Requirements

• You do not need prior A/B Testing experience or even formal Project Management experience. We will train you.
• Organization and diligence: You like systems, checklists, and timelines. You front-load work, plan ahead, and don’t stop until things are finished properly.
• Communication: You default to over-communication. You proactively reach out to clients and teammates, flag risks early, and ask for help when you need it.
• Smart and high agency: You learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, and want to understand why things work (or don’t). You’re the kind of person who notices patterns and asks good questions.
