[Hiring] IT Project Manager @Wellbe Senior Medical

Role Description

The IT Project Manager, Data is embedded with WellBe’s Data team and owns delivery across its project portfolio. The team turns information from Luminate 2.0, Luminate Heritage, our scheduling platform and partner systems into the reporting, analytics and data feeds the business runs on, including payer and Medicare Advantage reporting. You will translate business needs into technically executable data work, manage dependencies across source systems and external partners, drive migration and production-readiness plans, and ensure that data quality, reconciliation, security and compliance gates are met before release.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in information systems, data analytics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading data-platform, pipeline, migration, integration or analytics delivery with engineering teams
• 3+ years of healthcare technology experience preferred; equivalent experience delivering data platforms in regulated environments may be considered
• Technical fluency in data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing or lakehouse architectures, data modeling and SQL
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims, encounters, clinical, eligibility or risk adjustment data
• Experience running data migrations or reconciliations with clear validation sign-off
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience in Jira and Confluence
• The ability to explain data issues and their business impact in plain language

Requirements

• PMP certification (preferred)
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or similar) (preferred)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools (preferred)
• Cloud data platform experience (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks or similar) (preferred)
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, 834/837 EDI or CMS reporting requirements (preferred)
• Data governance experience (preferred)
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods
• Visual acuity and fine motor skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Benefits

• Pay range: $73,080.00 - $146,160.00
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
• Compensation will be disclosed in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws
