[Hiring] Intraday Ops Analyst @ASM Research

Role Description

Works on projects in support of varying government contracts, including general project oversight to support the Project/Program Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the writing, updating, and submitting contract deliverables and monthly reports.
• Monitor various aspects of the contract, including project tasks, configuration actions, and risks.
• Conduct detailed analyses of project functions and work processes; provide recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness of work operations.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of project operations.
• Maintain project management related documents; write, update, review, and submit contract deliverables.
• Ensure completion of contract deliverables assigned to the team within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Track and report on project risks; recommend changes to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Adhere to the project schedule and monitor changes in contract plans.
• Ensure project teams follow CMMI/AIMM processes, validation points, and metrics are collected, adhering to CMMI level 3 standards.
• Communicate with government customers and partner companies to discuss project status and updates.
• Gather feedback and recommendations for management, executing changes as directed.
• Partner with other team members to guarantee project success and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on open action items to ensure completion.
• Support project management phases such as planning, execution, and result monitoring.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-2 years of experience working on projects/programs supporting Government Contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in working with technical and non-technical staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills.
• Experience interfacing with government customers to understand, interpret, and analyze requirements.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Capable of working in a demanding, sometimes stressful environment requiring independent thinking.
• Polished, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Project and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of CMMI/AIMM processes and standards preferred.
