[Hiring] Integrated Project Manager @Brandtech+

Role Description

BTG+ is looking for an experienced Integrated Project Manager to support a global financial services account. You’ll partner with Event Planners to move creative requests smoothly through the Creative Studio—from initial brief and scoping through production and delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized communicator experienced in print, digital, large-format, and experiential event production. Experience supporting events within the financial services industry is highly valued.

• Turn event requests into clear briefs, scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects through the Creative Studio, from intake and resourcing to approvals and final delivery.
• Coordinate workflows across Event Planning, Creative, Production, Digital, Account teams, and external vendors.
• Communicate project status, next steps, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Manage feedback and approvals, ensuring direction is clear, consolidated, and actionable.
• Oversee print, digital, large-format, signage, environmental, and experiential assets.
• Partner with print and production vendors on estimates, specifications, proofs, shipping, and delivery.
• Track schedules, budgets, scope changes, and project documentation.
• Resolve blockers quickly and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Use approved technology and AI tools to improve planning, communication, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in events, experiential marketing, or creative production; agency or Creative Studio experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services event production is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong project management skills across scoping, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and delivery.
• Knowledge of print, digital, large-format, signage, and experiential production.
• Experience working with print, fabrication, installation, and production vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use approved solutions responsibly when appropriate.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
