Role Description
As an Inpatient Manager, Implementation Success, you will serve as a player coach for seamless deployments of our inpatient product in healthcare settings. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that our software solutions are successfully integrated into health systems.
- Lead and manage Technical Implementation Partners to collaborate with technical and clinical operations experts.
- Deliver the product within the determined timeline, budget, and scope, while delighting the customer.
- Blend people management, engagement management, project leadership, technical oversight, and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with hospital operations and IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth transitions from kickoff to go-live.
- Drive the successful delivery of Qventus’s inpatient solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, maximizing value for clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project/program management experience with a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and technical capabilities for enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.
- 5 years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff.
- Experience with technical implementation of healthcare SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of inpatient metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions.
- A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Prior experience managing projects for hospital systems (e.g., EHR implementations) is required.
- A passion for fixing our healthcare system.
- Skilled at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using various tools.
- Ability to travel on average 25-30%.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of hospital economics and operations.
- Strong interpersonal communication (verbal + written), project management, and client service skills.
- Experience handling tough conversations and developing effective, fact-based persuasion strategies.
- Bias to action – intolerant of inefficiency and bureaucracy.
- Experience with Epic/Cerner EHR instances.
