[Hiring] Implementation Project Administrator @Change Grow Live

Role Description

We're looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused Implementation Project Administrator to join our National Implementation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile projects across Change Grow Live, supporting the mobilisation, transformation and transition of services that positively impact local communities and the people who use our services.

In this role, you'll:

• Act as a central point of contact for implementation team enquiries and correspondence
• Coordinate and manage multiple team inboxes, responding appropriately and escalating where required
• Organise meetings, manage diaries and provide professional minute-taking support
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and electronic filing systems
• Support quality assurance and version control processes across project records
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, helping teams stay on track and organised
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation
• Support local teams by sharing guidance on Change Grow Live processes and ways of working during service transitions
• Contribute to the smooth mobilisation, retention and closure of services across the country

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities
• Experience coordinating meetings, diary management and minute-taking
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Teams
• Experience managing busy inboxes and responding professionally to enquiries
• The ability to work proactively and independently while remaining a strong team player
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships quickly
• A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a continuously evolving environment

Requirements

• This is primarily a home-based role within a virtual national team.
• Occasional travel across the UK may be required, sometimes for up to one week at a time.
• Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
