[Hiring] Implementation Manager @Parachute Health

Role Description

• Project Management & Digital Transformations:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers of medical equipment and supplies to the Parachute Platform, ensuring smooth transitions and meeting critical timelines.
  • Partner with HME Provider leaders to drive rapid growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace, applying a consultative approach to tailor the experience to each customer's goals and operational needs.
  • Delegate specific project tasks to Implementation Associate to support a faster implementation timeline.
  • Oversee and project-manage these specialists, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, and adjusting resources as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Strategic Activations:
  • Implement our innovative suite of product features (AI Intake, Documentation & Signature requests, etc) making Parachute Platform a digital command center for patient needs.
  • Work closely with HME Providers and internal partners (Sales & Customer Success) to optimize activation strategies and streamline platform adoption.
  • Coordinate milestones, set objectives, and track performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Data Reporting & Analysis:
  • Leverage your consulting skills to develop, interpret, and present actionable insights that guide partnerships forward.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address HME Provider opportunities and challenges, using data to support decision-making and enhance the value of our partnerships.
• Process Improvement & Optimization:
  • Identify, design, and execute process improvements to enhance onboarding and transformation efficiency.
  • Apply project management principles to implement best practices, reduce friction points, and increase operational effectiveness within the HME Provider onboarding journey.
• New Product Launch Consulting:
  • Collaborate with customers to introduce our simple, user-centric experiences and support new product launches.
  • Act as a consultant to communicate product benefits and gather feedback, providing critical insights to the Product team to refine our offerings.
• Partner Training & Enablement:
  • Lead customized demos and training sessions to equip partners with a comprehensive understanding of the Parachute Platform.
  • Utilize change management techniques to support end users throughout the training process, ensuring they feel confident and empowered.
• Technical Integrations & Interoperability:
  • Develop deep expertise in Parachute Platform interoperability and consult on API integration best practices to enhance seamless connections with our supplier partners’ systems.
  • Guide customers through technical implementations, facilitating efficient integration and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech.
• Proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA; experience with API integrations is a plus.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is able to quickly come up to speed on technical topics.

• Base Salary (based on level and experience): $75k-$105k
