Role Description

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing the transition of new business into Liviniti effectively, accurately and timely. This individual ensures consistent customer satisfaction during implementation by collaborating with client teams, and continually interacting with customers and consultants. The Implementation Coordinator is ultimately accountable for:

• Delivering a successful project and creating the foundation of the business relationship.
• Executing the delivery of additional revenue to Liviniti.
• Ensuring project deliverables are consistent with client service agreements.
• Achieving appropriate service levels and meeting project timelines and deliverables.
• Identifying and resolving issues timely to achieve client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

The Implementation Coordinator also:

• Develops and builds client business relationships by delivering a positive on-boarding experience.
• Adheres to strict procedural and quality standards including thorough and accurate documentation.
• Utilizes project management skills to track milestones and deliverables.
• Leads and/or manages the implementation process.
• Facilitates conflict management and resolution.
• Builds and maintains client relationships by ensuring appropriate levels of service.
• Manages the project in compliance with the client service agreement.
• Partners with multiple business units and teams to ensure accuracy of claims adjudication setups.
• Utilizes planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills for timely deliverables.
• Manages an assigned book of business with a focus on client trend management.
• Accountable for understanding the primary business objectives of the client.
• Actively supports members of the core client team in meeting client needs.
• Abides by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Reports any HIPAA violations to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.
• Completes and demonstrates competency in all required HIPAA Training.
• Understands that this job description may change or new duties may be assigned at any time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills.
• Intermediate or great proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Program performance and understanding of healthcare analytics.

Requirements

• Full-time/Salaried/Exempt position.
• Flexibility in hours is allowed, but must be available during core work hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
