[Hiring] Global PMO Lead @JLL

Role Description

We are looking for a Global PMO Lead who will lead the PMO for JLL’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team on the NCR Atleos account. You’ll be the operational link between the account’s Center of Excellence (CoE) and the regional Senior Program Managers and variable project managers who deliver projects across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

• Lead the strategic direction, performance, and operations of the NCR Atleos PDS PMO.
• Put in place and run project controls and governance for the global portfolio, including:
  • Risk management
  • Standardized processes and procedures
  • Performance monitoring and management system
• Maintain the account’s PDS & OP Field Manuals (playbooks), templates, and standard processes.
• Act as the single point of contact for new project instructions.
• Match each project to the right in-country project manager.
• Introduce local delivery teams to the client on award and review key deliverables.
• Work with the Global CoE Lead and CoE teams.
• Support the Global PDS & OP Lead and the regional Senior Program Managers in various capacities, including:
  • Cash Flow Forecasting (Actual vs. Forecast)
  • Expense Forecasting
  • Capital planning support
  • Contract approvals and execution
• Create and update PO trackers.
• Manage POs, Invoicing & Accruals.
• Monitor, manage, and report on KPIs and regular program reporting.
• Initiate projects and update project status in JLL’s project management system (Ingenious.Build).
• Monitor and follow up with global Project Managers on Ingenious.Build data integrity.
• Support the account regional teams as needed and collaborate with all service lines.
• Help with onboarding new client vendors.
• Develop relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors.
• Close projects financially and report to the client.
• Ensure that the JLL and client databases are accurate and consistently updated.
• Prepare Ad-Hoc reporting as needed.
• Ensure best practices are being followed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology.
• Comply with all JLL policies and procedures.
• Foster innovation, drive AI adoption, and ensure data integration into Azara.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a Global PMO Coordinator based in EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Communication, Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate.
• Experience establishing or running a PMO.
• Experience applying centrally defined standards, tools, and KPI frameworks.
• Advanced MS Excel, Ingenious.Build, and Technology skills.
• Experience using MS Project is a plus.
• PMP or an equivalent project or program management certification is preferred.
