[Hiring] Finance Program Manager @Del Oro Consulting

Role Description

Del Oro Consulting, a trusted consulting partner with 20 plus years of experience supporting top-tier technology clients, is seeking a Finance Program Manager to support one of our enterprise clients on a Finance AI agent program that will cover multiple functions within the Finance organization. This role is ideal for someone who has deep Finance Program and executive presence and thrives in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments with multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.

• Drive coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Facilitate program meetings, cross-functional touchpoints, stakeholder reviews, and enablement sessions.
• Own meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through and accountability.
• Maintain core program documentation (roadmaps, risks, decisions) and produce clear, concise status reports and stakeholder readouts.
• Manage integrated schedules, surfacing dependencies and escalating blockers to protect milestones and the critical path.
• Partner with Change Management and Training teams to keep job aids, training materials, and communication assets aligned with scope and release timelines; support traceability tracking, uploads, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience in finance program management, project management, or cross-functional coordination roles.
• Strong executive presence.
• Proven ability to succeed in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving clarity, structure, and alignment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, including engaging distributed teams, driving alignment across cross-functional groups, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with collaboration and program tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, Asana, or similar.

Requirements

• Location: Remote
• Contract Details: $65-69/hour, 3-month W2 contract.
