[Hiring] EW&S Project Manager @Spektrum

Role Description

This role involves managing Electronic Warfare and Security (EW&S) projects and supporting the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) in various capacities.

• Management of EW&S projects through monitoring and reporting
• Support meetings of multidisciplinary teams and technical and operational stakeholders
• Participate in technical and operational meetings, providing secretarial services
• Manage internal resources
• Support the preparation of periodic project management reports
• Support deployment of EW&S systems and prototypes into military trials and exercises, including being at the trial/exercise site during execution
• Provide meaningful input to the area lead for managing EW&S projects

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized/certified university qualification in management/economics
• At least 3 years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post (if lacking a university degree)

Requirements

• Must demonstrate expert knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Must demonstrate expert level knowledge of PRINCE 2 or similar management framework
• Must have experience in using enterprise management systems and enterprise resource planning systems
• Must have experience with the NATO procurement process
• Must have experience of deployment of NATO equipment to NATO trials and exercises
• Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team
• Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving
• Motivated, good communication skills, team player
