We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Campaign Project Manager to manage client communications, oversee email marketing projects, and ensure seamless campaign execution. This role requires strong project coordination skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality email marketing campaigns.

- Manage inbound client communications and ensure timely responses.
- Oversee project workflows in Asana, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute high-quality email marketing campaigns.
- Perform quality assurance checks on email templates, ensuring proper rendering and functionality.
- Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, project coordination, or client communication.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana preferred), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
