Role Description
This role involves managing and executing organic social media strategies across various platforms to grow and engage our brand's audience through compelling content and community management.
- Manage Social Media Content & Posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube Posts (still images with description))
- Disperse new content deliverables to content drive folders & notify the email campaign/ad creation team
- Oversee/Plan Monthly Email Campaigns (not create or design, just proof, approve, suggest, and plan calendar based on products available each month)
- Manage a small handful of influencers occasionally each month
- Drive creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
- Monitor analytics and deliver performance reporting
- Coordinate with the in-house design team for creatives and copy
- Post organic content on social platforms - client to provide copy and creative
- Community management (monitor / engage on social within client-provided framework)
- Track various data/project statuses using GSheets / Excel or PM tool
- Scan competitor posts and provide notes on potential content ideas
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with organic social management for Meta and TikTok
- 1+ years experience with a social management platform like Hootsuite
- Broad experience with multiple social ad platforms
- Excellent written English skills
- Ability to work EST/PST
Requirements
- Nice to have: Similar brand experience eComm apparel via Shopify is ideal!
- Proofing experience
- Not required, but a bonus if they have experience doing crowdfunding, kickstarter campaign
