[Hiring] Digital Transformation Project Manager @Tulip Interfaces

Role Description

The Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Tulip will be responsible for:

• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Collaborating with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements.
• Leading organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work.
• Providing expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations.
• Understanding technical project details enough to manage and escalate when needed.
• Scoping and quoting projects for customers.
• Contributing to internal process development and continuous improvement.
• 25% expected travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in project/program management, manufacturing/production operations, management consulting, customer success operations or equivalent.
• Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience working with manufacturing operations.
• Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources.
• Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Intellectual curiosity is expected; training and tooling will be provided.

Requirements

• Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Copilot, Claude or similar) is a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma.
• Agile and/or scrum methodologies.
• PMP certification.
• Life sciences manufacturing experience.
