• Lead digital projects end-to-end, from kickoff through delivery
• Build project plans defining scope, timelines, milestones, and resources
• Coordinate online campaign execution with creative and content teams
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment
• Track budgets, resources, and project performance
• Monitor timelines and proactively resolve blockers or delays
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews
• Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, change requests)
• Provide clear status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, IT, or similar)
• Proven experience managing digital projects
• Strong leadership, organization, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple moving parts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday, etc.)

Requirements

• Project management certification (PMP or similar)
• Familiarity with digital technologies, platforms, and marketing trends
• Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
