[Hiring] CxAlloy Administrator @CPG

Role Description

CPG is looking for a detail-oriented and organized CxAlloy Administrator to join our team at our Ashburn, VA office. The ideal candidate will have strong project administration skills and be responsible for managing and supporting the CxAlloy platform to ensure smooth operations and project success.

• Administer and maintain the CxAlloy platform to support project workflows and data integrity.
• Coordinate project activities and assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage user access, permissions, and training related to the CxAlloy system.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the platform and escalate as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong project administration skills with experience supporting project teams.
• Familiarity with CxAlloy or similar project management platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in project administration or system administration roles preferred.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools, such as CxAlloy, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam, Smart Sheets, and project management software.
• Proficiency with various Commissioning Software platforms.

Requirements

• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Work outdoors in summer heat and winter cold.
