Role Description

As a Senior Project Manager at PlayStation, you will lead the company's most complex and high-impact projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience within a client-side or brand-side organization, managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects or programs with multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, tracking profitability, and identifying financial risks.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana, Trello, MS Project), with the ability to tailor approaches to meet specific project needs.
• Advanced proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as G-Suite or Microsoft Teams.
• Deep understanding of digital trends, technologies, and best practices, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering quality results.
