[Hiring] Client Services & Creative Project Manager @Digital

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Client Services & Creative Project Manager (Full-time, Remote) with strong experience managing clients and delivering creative, marketing, or digital projects. This role will serve as the main bridge between clients and internal creative teams by translating requirements into clear briefs, managing feedback and timelines, and ensuring work is polished and ready for client delivery.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client objectives, requirements, priorities, and feedback.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable direction for creative teams.
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, strategists, developers, and other specialists.
• Review creative and marketing deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with the brief.
• Manage project timelines, revisions, approvals, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Present work, discuss feedback, and manage client expectations confidently.
• Identify risks, unclear requirements, or delivery issues early and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, creative project management, or marketing project management.
• Experience working in an agency, creative studio, digital marketing, advertising, content, or production environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
• Proven ability to manage creative or marketing projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Good creative judgment and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
