Role Description
The Client Implementation Specialist will be both a subject matter expert on the Broadridge front office solutions offering as well as the liaison between our clients and a variety of internal teams (ie: Product Management, Account Management, Client Support, etc.). This is a predominantly client-facing role in which your main responsibilities are to:
- Engage with clients to gather business case requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery to clients
- Lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client users
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients
- Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally to identify potential product enhancements
- Work with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement
This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a related role, preferably in the investment management or financial services industry
- Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, trading, accounting, and reporting
- Experience working with traditional buy-side institutions (ie: hedge funds, asset managers, etc.)
- Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and/or derivative markets
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database structures, data integration, and APIs
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and workflow visualization software (e.g., Visio)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Experience working with investment management software (e.g., Charles River, Eze, or other similar platforms)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
