[Hiring] Client Delivery Lead @Kraken

What you'll own

• Be at the forefront of the transformation journey with our clients.
• Manage the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners).
• Have full ownership of a domain or product area for your client.
• Act as a key point of contact for technology development and issue resolution within your domain or product area.
• Build a deep understanding of Kraken, as well as client needs and priorities.
• Triage and prioritise incoming requests, clearly articulating client needs, priorities and timelines.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to translate client needs into clear priorities.
• Challenge clients to think differently about technology development.
• Champion Kraken's iterative approach and shared platform over bespoke solutions.
• Commit to the Kraken way of delivering tech based on simplicity, client benefit and efficiency.

What you'll bring to the party

• Strong client delivery, product ownership/management experience, including client-facing (often senior) stakeholder management.
• Experience managing technology products, migration/implementation projects or complex delivery in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex client needs into clear action-plans and impactful solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Experience navigating complex delivery pipelines, competing priorities and changing environments.
• A proactive, adaptable and hands-on mindset.
• Resilience and empathy, staying positive and persistent through challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment.

Bonus points

• Consulting experience.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformations, migrations or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in energy, utilities or another regulated or complex industry.
