• Navigates teams and leaders on agile implementation to include structure, roles, principles and practices to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, communicating and delivering training programs and workshops for Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation Engagements.
• Works with leaders to map training plans for individuals and teams working through Agile adoption and/or Digital Transformation.
• Contributes to the design and development of training programs, both internal and outsourced; reviews, evaluates, modifies and/or creates training materials and educational aids.
• Gathers feedback, assesses instructional effectiveness and analyzes performance results to determine impact of training on skills and KPIs; adjusts training materials and presentations accordingly to drive continuous improvement for training programs.
• Conducts training needs assessments to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses relative to specific groups; provides input for identifying and defining present and future training needs.
• Coordinates training session logistics including space planning, attendees, supplies and instructors (internal or outsourced).
• Maintains updated curriculum database and training records as well as in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Partners with internal stakeholders and liaises with experts regarding instructional design; uses known education principles and stays up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
• Researches and recommends new training methods, like gamification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.
• Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.
