[Hiring] Vice President, Product Marketing @Celigo

Role Description

The VP of Product Marketing will own how Celigo competes, wins, and tells its story, turning a broad platform into a clear choice for IT and Operations leaders. You will be accountable for the growth that story drives, and you will lead Product Marketing's shift to an AI-led way of working so the team can move at the pace of our product.

• Market strategy and positioning:
  • Shape where Celigo plays and own platform positioning and messaging.
  • Lead with automation breadth and governance, with AI applied where it creates value.
  • Present the portfolio as one platform, not a set of point products.
  • Partner with Product leadership on roadmap priorities.
• AI-led transformation:
  • Lead Product Marketing's shift to an AI-led way of working.
  • Set the model for AI adoption across marketing.
• Launches and enablement:
  • Set launch strategy and ensure the field is equipped to win.
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing to convert launches and campaigns.
• Proof and show-and-tell:
  • Build the story on product performance and customer outcome proof points.
  • Move the team from words on a page to demos, interactive tours, and videos.
• Competitive and analyst position:
  • Own competitive strategy and analyst strategy.
  • Be accountable for win rates against key competitors and Celigo's placement in major evaluations.
• Free trial growth:
  • Own the free trial as a pipeline channel.
  • Transform the trial experience to guide prospects to value faster.
  • Be accountable for activation, conversion, and Product Marketing's share of the pipeline number.
• Organic search and model visibility:
  • Make product content a driver of organic search and visibility in AI search and LLM answers.
• Pricing and packaging:
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging direction with Product and Finance.
• Organization leadership:
  • Design the org and operating model.
  • Own the budget and hire, develop, and lead a team of leaders and practitioners.
  • Represent Celigo externally as an executive spokesperson.

• Genuinely energized by not knowing; chase the questions others skip past.
• Connect the work to the outcome; differentiate between a message that sounds good and one that moves a buyer.
• Ship the smallest version that delivers real value into the market.
• Treat Celigo's problems as your own; measure by pipeline, win rates, and analyst placement.
• Grow instincts in others; build a team where curiosity, ownership, and pace are the default.
• Hands-on with AI in your own work; credible marketing AI products without overpromising.
• Executive presence with the C-suite, analysts, and press; lead through influence across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with 6+ years leading teams.
• A track record of moving the market, such as positioning shifts or measurable gains in competitive win rate.
• Deep experience in integration, automation, iPaaS, or adjacent infrastructure software.
• Experience with pricing and packaging, and free trial or product-led motions.
• Experience building proof-driven, demo-led stories that help buyers see the product working.
