Role Description
This position contributes to Claritev's success by assuming end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, roadmap, and evolution of the Enterprise Data Management Platform.
- Understand what the team is working on and support the team in their efforts toward execution.
- Know in detail the issues within the backlog and prioritize to maximize efforts.
- Use analytics and process knowledge from SMEs to help identify 'Problems to Solve' that drive the Product Wall.
- Attend and participate in key events/meetings with the mindset to lead by example and encourage team growth.
- Identify creative solutions to problems that the team encounters.
- Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, UI/UX, engineering, data, design, and data science representatives.
- Manage product planning and execution through day-to-day collaboration and decision-making with a cross-functional team.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business priority and technology strategy.
- Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.
- Exceptional cross-team collaboration across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries.
- Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinate solutions across multiple technical teams.
- Identify technical tradeoffs, escalate risks, and manage mitigation in collaboration with neighbor teams.
- Participate in ceremonies/meetings related to Intake to build understanding of new work.
- Create feature maps and understand capabilities related to prioritized work.
- Manage existing product features and lead the research, definition, and development of new features.
- Document capabilities and tie them to a Definition of Done and Ready.
- Partner with the business for ongoing refinement of the product backlog.
- Identify business and functional requirements and create/refine stories to meet those requirements.
- Lead and/or actively engage in all refinement of stories and attend associated events.
- Actively engage in all Sprint Planning activities.
- Support feature teams as needed, including testing and user experience testing.
- Identify and partner with business stakeholders to implement changes in operational policies, process flows, procedures, and specialist tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Ability to work with globally dispersed teams across various time zones.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
