[Hiring] Technical Product Manager @Cosuno

Role Description

Your mission is to make Cosuno the place where construction companies can manage their tenders seamlessly. Tenders should flow into Cosuno automatically, and results should flow back out effortlessly. The deeper Cosuno integrates into our customers' processes, the more value we create for them.

At the same time, AI assistants are becoming integral to how people work. You'll launch our first MCP server for customers to analyze their data and operate Cosuno directly from their AI assistant.

• Get to know our customers: Your first weeks are about listening to customers and understanding how our REST API and connectors can fit into their daily work. Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to create a clear roadmap and set up tracking for customer work flowing through integrations.
• Launch the first API improvements and MCP server: Shape both, write engineering tickets, and roll them out to pilot customers within your first few months.
• Decide what comes next: Analyze real usage data and pilot feedback to make recommendations on future developments alongside our CTO and Head of Product.
• Make integrations the norm: By the end of your first year, significantly increase the number of customers running Cosuno connected to their essential tools.

It's an ambitious plan, and you'll see the direct impact of your work in our customers' daily operations.

How we work:

• Full ownership: You own integrations end to end, from initial customer conversations to shipped features. Engineering handles implementation.
• Close to the customer: Engage with customers regularly, mostly remotely, and occasionally on-site across Germany.
• Technical by nature: Read API docs, test endpoints, and discuss data models with engineers without writing production code.
• AI-first: Utilize AI deeply in our product and daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping an API from the product side.
• Defined public API or integration endpoints, data models, auth, and permissions with customers and engineering.
• Technical proficiency to engage deeply with engineers.
• Ability to discuss trade-offs like webhooks vs. polling, pagination, rate limits, and OAuth.
• Experience working directly with customers to identify real needs versus requests.
• Ability to write clear engineering tickets with defined scope and acceptance criteria.
• Fast shipping of features, building, learning, and iterating in parallel.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply to various stakeholders.
• Daily use of LLM assistants and MCPs, with experience building personal automations.
• Commitment to personal growth and seeking feedback.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Based in Germany and open to traveling to customers across the country.

Requirements

• Bonus points for experience building an MCP server or knowledge of construction tech, ERP, or estimating systems (e.g., RIB iTWO, SAP, Nevaris).
