[Hiring] Staff Product Manager @Fleetio

Role Description

The Product team at Fleetio is expanding and has an opportunity for a Staff Product Manager to lead our connected-vehicle data strategy. In this role, you will own how Fleetio captures and activates real-time data from customers' vehicles from the hardware and data sources it comes from to the products built on top of it, and build a new product line and the business around it, largely from the ground up.

Your impact

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fleetio's connected-vehicle data end to end.
• Own Fleetio's connected device strategy.
• Build data partnerships that bring telematics, OEM, and connected-vehicle data straight from the source.
• Take ambiguous, high-potential bets from 0→1: spot opportunities, form and test hypotheses fast.
• Lead 0→1 discovery and delivery of experiences this data unlocks.
• Deepen and grow Fleetio's ecosystem of integrations and strategic partners.
• Standardize data to ensure it's trustworthy, comparable, and actionable.
• Build and own strategic partner relationships.
• Turn complex, real-world data into trustworthy, standardized, and actionable intelligence.
• Partner with Design to create intuitive and useful experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and CX on positioning, launches, and retention.
• Serve as an ambassador for Fleetio's product and product team.

Experience

• 6+ years in product management, shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS.
• Track record of leading ambiguous 0→1 (or early-stage 1→n) bets with meaningful company impact.
• Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships.
• Proven ability to turn a strong technical product into a scaled business.
• Experience with hybrid PLG (product-led growth) and SLG (sales-led growth) motions.
• Strategic, analytical, creative, and data-informed in decision-making.
• Embody core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.

Considered a plus

• Experience with IoT / connected-device data.
• Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation, mobility, or vertical SaaS.
• Experience with location and geospatial data, mapping, or real-time streaming data at scale.
• Experience with marketplace, multi-sided, or platform business models.
• Experience with defining and owning an end-to-end product and vision.
