[Hiring] Staff Product Manager @LiveKit

Role Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to own LiveKit's Agent Hosting product: how developers deploy, scale, and run agents on LiveKit Cloud.

• Set the vision and roadmap for Agent Hosting, including new capabilities, regional coverage, and pricing.
• Partner directly with the engineering team that builds it.
• Ensure fast deploys, automatic scale, and high reliability for customers.
• Help define the future of the agent runtime as it expands beyond voice agents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, at a senior or staff level, ideally having owned a developer-facing infrastructure or platform product.
• Technical depth: ability to reason about distributed systems, runtimes, scaling, and latency.
• Infrastructure product sense: experience with reliability and performance at scale.
• Cross-functional influence: ability to influence through clarity, trust, and good judgment.
• Strong communication skills: ability to write clearly and present well.
• Comfort with ambiguity: ability to prioritize ruthlessly and move quickly without perfect information.

Requirements

• Built a serverless, deployment, container, or compute-platform product that developers ran production workloads on.
• Familiarity with autoscaling, cold-start reduction, and multi-region deployment.
• Familiarity with how teams deploy and operate software in production.
• Background at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with voice AI, real-time communication, or telephony.
• Experience with usage-based pricing models.
