Role Description

At Sigma Software, you will join a team of 300+ AdTech professionals delivering scalable platforms and data-driven products for international Customers ranging from global enterprises to ambitious startups. This is a remote-friendly opportunity for a proactive product leader who enjoys working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and innovation.

The project focuses on building and evolving scalable advertising technology platforms used for campaign management, targeting optimization, data processing, and integrations with major advertising ecosystems. The environment combines product strategy, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver market-ready solutions.

The team works with cloud-based architectures, Big Data processing pipelines, Machine Learning-driven optimization approaches, and API integrations with leading ad exchanges and advertising platforms. In this role, you will help shape product vision, drive discovery activities, and align business goals with engineering execution.

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring focus on the most impactful initiatives aligned with business goals
• Gather and consolidate requirements from multiple business stakeholders, identifying common goals and opportunities
• Translate business needs into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities for engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, client success, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product development and feature delivery
• Drive product discovery activities, proposing new ideas and improvements based on business needs, customer feedback, and market opportunities
• Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities across cross-functional teams, architects, and technical leads
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective collaboration between business and engineering teams
• Define and track product KPIs and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Present product plans, progress, and results to executives, Customers, and partners
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback and insights to improve product capabilities and ensure products meet customer needs
• Monitor AdTech industry trends and emerging technologies
• Contribute to strategic product decisions and long-term product direction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead
• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and Customers
• Experience working with complex technology products or platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently drive product initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering and prioritizing product requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Experience defining roadmaps, user stories, and product documentation
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to decision-making
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
