[Hiring] Senior Product Manager, Collections & Recoveries @KOHO

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Collections & Recoveries to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. Reporting to the Group Product Manager of Credit, you'll join a fast-paced, cross-functional team that drives KOHO's credit product strategy.

• Own the roadmap and execution across KOHO's collections and recoveries service, which includes both revolving and installment credit products.
• Scale and optimize the services for existing credit products and launch services for new credit products that help Canadians borrow on fair, transparent terms.
• Shape how millions of Canadians access credit, helping users borrow responsibly and providing a path back to good standing when they fall behind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including direct ownership of consumer lending products (e.g. overdraft, lines of credit, personal loans, BNPL, debt consolidation loans).
• Highly analytical and commercially minded.
• Comfortable pulling data in SQL, dbt, or Redshift, and building a business case around unit economics, loss rates, and portfolio performance.
• Deep understanding of credit risk and the regulatory landscape for lending in Canada.
• Strong track record of execution in complex, regulated environments.
• AI-native, using AI tools daily for analysis, writing, and prototyping.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for KOHO's installment lending products, from valuations, strategy and PRDs through STO, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Create consistent collections & recoveries processes across our suite of revolving and installment credit products, including a Collections Hub in-app.
• Build new lending products from 0 to 1, including Hardship and Settlement loans.
• Run experiments and measure the impact on gross profit from credit products.
• Work with Lifecycle, Engineering, Design, and Data Science on loan servicing, adjudication models, and decisioning logic.
• Partner closely with Credit Strategy, Financial Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Legal to ensure lending products meet regulatory requirements.

Benefits

• Budgeted salary range for this role is $160,000 - 190,000 CAD / year.
