Role Description
As a Senior PM on the AI Agent team, you will play a key role in delivering an AI-driven platform and leading the development of AI Agents.
- Drive the development and scaling of a multi-Agent AI platform
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and meet business objectives
- Define API requirements and manage dependencies with other product and engineering teams
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines for AI ingestion and development of AI-powered insights
- Establish a clear technical vision for a multi-Agent platform, including democratization of AI, acceleration of utilization of AI, applications of AI, and AI orchestration logic
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align development initiatives with product and business targets
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in message processing, ensuring high system performance and reliability
- Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable development plans
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and systems design
Qualifications
- Native or business proficiency in English
- 4-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with some experience with AI
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, from ideation to launch
- Strong understanding of AI and software development
- Familiarity with data engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Business proficiency in Japanese language (preferred)
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI, backend technologies, and APIs
- Prior experience in product management in Japan
- Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
- Experience working in a startup environment, driving technical innovation and growth
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders
