[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @CreatorIQ

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the part of CreatorIQ where the work actually happens. Community is the creator CRM: the roster, the relationships, the lifecycle, the content those creators produce. Campaigns is where a program gets planned, briefed, staffed, executed, and measured. Together they’re the operational core of the platform, used daily by leading global brands and agencies.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Own Community and Campaigns end to end: the creator CRM, campaign setup and briefs, creator and content management, and the workflows that connect them.
• Lead the agentic rebuild of the campaign product: a new campaign and requirements model, structured briefs, and outcome-based campaigns.
• Own the Community CRM experience: lifecycle stages, onboarding progress, ownership, last contact, next action.
• Exercise real product taste on AI output.
• Turn the customer feedback database into decisions.
• Run discovery with creator marketing managers, community and program managers, and agency teams.
• Look beyond the backlog: spot opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help shape where the product goes next.

Qualifications

• You’ve spent 5+ years in product management (or equivalent technical product ownership) in B2B SaaS.
• You have a builder’s mindset and prefer prototyping over documentation.
• You have genuinely good product taste for AI output.
• You think critically and independently.
• You’re technical enough to hold your own on data model and API conversations.
• You can map workflows fast, write clear requirements, and explain your thinking without needing a meeting.
• You care about solving real user problems.
• You’re curious, low-ego, and allergic to “that’s not my job.”

Requirements

• Comfortable working with distributed teams across Poland, the UK, and the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech.
• Experience shipping CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle/pipeline products.
• Experience with project or campaign management tooling.
• Familiarity with MCP, agentic tool design, or building customer-facing APIs.

Benefits

• Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people.
• Utilize our learning platform for training and tools.
• Surprise meal stipends.
• 26 days vacation, floating and set holidays, wellness allowance, and paid parental leave.
• Medical insurance, life insurance, and business travel insurance.
• Stock options as part of our equity-sharing program.
• Comprehensive perks program providing stipends for cell phone and internet, home office setup, mental wellness, professional development, and tuition reimbursement.
