[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Eon Health

Role Description

We are looking for a mission-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and release of Eon’s AI-powered workflows that improve early detection, diagnosis, and patient outcomes.

In your role within the Eon Product team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to:

• Specify product capabilities
• Align feature priorities
• Introduce cutting-edge AI tools that elevate the user experience across Eon platform touchpoints

This role requires a focus on:

• Understanding clinical needs
• Designing effective solutions
• Making informed trade-offs to balance customer demands with technical feasibility

The Sr. Product Manager will be a primary contributor to product definition and will be responsible for:

• Prioritizing and articulating new opportunities in the marketplace
• Defining the product roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives

You will own critical product initiatives from discovery through delivery, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including:

• Engineering
• Data science
• Customer success

You’ll shape solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with our long-term vision to transform complex clinical care journeys through data and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of customer needs
• Proven understanding of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Requirements

• Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field (preferred)
• Specialized knowledge in radiology and diagnostic pathways (preferred)
• Experience building or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, EMR integrations, or clinical decision support tools (preferred)
