[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @SpotMe

Role Description

SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform that helps enterprises increase the impact of their events by delivering CRM-connected, high-quality experiences across in-person, virtual, hybrid events, and webinars. Your focus will be MeetingsEQ, the SMM layer of Onomi 360:

• One front door for every request, approval, and budget as configuration.
• Unified HCP identity, per-attendee ToV allocation.
• Engagement and spend flowing back into the CRM without re-keying.

This position is ideal for a hands-on product leader from the life-sciences meetings, compliance, or HCP-data world who wants to own one product end to end.

As a Senior Product Manager, Onomi 360, you will be reporting to the VP Product. Your time will be spent on:

• 35% Defining the detailed product: Turn customer workbooks, operating procedures, RFP requirements, and our capability map into roadmap priorities and build-ready specifications.
• 30% Shipping: Work daily with design and engineering in the Onomi 360 codebase: thin production slices, prototypes, scope calls, validation in the running product.
• 25% Customers and partners: Work with meetings operations, compliance, medical affairs, finance, agencies, and the customer’s data team.
• 10% Product truth: Keep what we claim, what we demo, and what we ship documented, clear and moving in the right direction.

Qualifications

• Life-sciences meetings, compliance, or transparency operations.
• Built or operated workflows spanning approval, budgeting, ToV, and closure.
• Fluency in HCP data and integration.
• Domain-to-product translation skills.
• Sequencing ability for production slices.
• Bias to execute and ship quickly.
• Precise writing and direct communication.
• Technical and AI fluency.

Requirements

• Describe a messy process you turned into a product.
• Share an example of something you shipped or prototyped within two weeks.
• Discuss something you built with AI that changed a product decision.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Remote, based in Europe or in the US Eastern or Central time zones, with about 10-20% travel.
