[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @exmox

Role Description

This is a company built for growth, not comfort. When you join exmox, you're stepping onto a global, highly competitive playing field, solving real problems in environments that push you beyond your comfort zone. We build high-performing consumer products in one of the most competitive industries there is: mobile gaming, leading one of its largest innovations, a rewarded user engagement and acquisition platform that helps publishers acquire and retain players through rewarding experiences.

Senior Product Manager (f/m/x) isn't just about shipping features, it's about building products that perform. Product at exmox means understanding the bigger business picture, considering cross-functional impact across Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations, and turning strategy into product decisions that create real value, knowing every change you ship affects millions of users. At exmox, we're also embracing AI as part of how we work, not just what we build. We use AI tools to work smarter, cut down on repetitive tasks and spend our time where it actually moves the needle. If that mindset speaks to you, you'll fit right in.

If you're energized by dynamic markets, complex products, and the challenge of building products that perform at scale, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Own

• Own one of exmox's highest-impact product domains end-to-end, shaping the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, promotions, and other key levers that drive profitability.
• Drive activation, retention, and long-term engagement through onboarding experiences, streaks, quests, progression systems, reactivation flows, and other lifecycle initiatives.
• Take new growth opportunities from first hypothesis to go/no-go decision, across product, market expansion, partnerships, and distribution.
• Lead a high-quality experimentation process by defining hypotheses, designing statistically sound A/B tests, interpreting results, and making data-driven product decisions.
• Partner closely with your dedicated Data Analyst to uncover opportunities, validate assumptions, and continuously improve product performance.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, Fraud, and Leadership to align priorities and deliver impactful product improvements.
• Represent your product domain directly to leadership, using data, customer insights, and business context to influence strategic decisions.

What Success Looks Like

• You take ownership quickly: Within your first months, you've become the trusted owner of a critical product domain, confidently driving priorities, making decisions, and reducing dependency on leadership.
• Growth metrics measurably improve: Your product strategy and experimentation drive meaningful improvements in activation, retention, and long-term user profitability.
• Product decisions are driven by data: Experiments, user insights, and product analytics provide clear evidence to prioritize opportunities, validate ideas, and confidently decide what to scale - or stop.
• Cross-functional teams are aligned around outcomes: You partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, and User Acquisition to deliver product improvements that balance user value with business impact.
• You turn ambitious ideas into scalable growth: Through structured experimentation, clear prioritization, and continuous optimization, you build product experiences that become repeatable growth levers for the business.
• You outgrow the role: We are hiring for the ceiling, not just the opening. This role is scoped to grow - mentoring other product managers first, and leading a product team as we scale, if that is the direction you want to take.

What You Bring

• You bring 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally within mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, fintech, or other high-growth B2C businesses. You have owned consumer product at scale - hundreds of thousands of monthly active users or more.
• You understand that product decisions are business decisions. You're comfortable balancing user needs, commercial objectives, and technical constraints to maximize long-term value.
• You have a real feel for why people come back and what makes a reward feel worth the effort. You have designed incentive, reward or progression mechanics and calibrated them so they motivate without eroding margin.
• You have extensive experience running A/B tests, defining hypotheses, interpreting data, and making evidence-based product decisions. Statistical thinking comes naturally to you.
• You're comfortable working with product metrics and collaborating closely with analysts to uncover insights, measure success, and prioritize opportunities.
• You enjoy defining product strategy while remaining deeply involved in execution - from writing specifications and refining solutions to reviewing experiment results and driving delivery.
• You build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership, bringing people together around clear product goals.
• You're comfortable working in ambiguity, take ownership without waiting for direction, and thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly. You also kill your own ideas when the data says so - being wrong early is cheaper than being right late.

How We Win

• Speed is the feature. Speed beats rocket science. We move fast, test fast, and multiply our pace with AI, because action creates information and small wins compound. A fast failure is a lesson we learn from, a slow one is a problem we can't afford.
• Done is better than perfect. We stay focused on what actually moves us forward and protect people's time from anything that doesn't. We're direct in how we communicate too, no rambling, no unnecessary detail.
• The first to see it is best placed to fix it. We're not a place for comfort, we're a place for doers. "Not my job" isn't in our vocabulary, if you spot something, you help make sure it gets solved.
• Trust multiplies. Respect is non-negotiable. We disagree with ideas, never with people. Trust here is built the same way it is anywhere, through consistency, a thank you, a moment of listening, and owning your mistakes.

Benefits

• Transport subsidy
• Learning budget
• Wellness and gym
• Workation
• Bi-weekly team lunches
• And more
