[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @Digible

Role Description

Digible is hiring a Senior Product Manager to found a brand-new pod at the center of our 2026 strategy: productizing Digible's agency operations and customer data, and serving as the connective tissue that turns a collection of services and tools into one coherent experience for our agency team and ultimately our customers.

• Define the pod's charter and roadmap from scratch, partnering deeply with our agency operations leaders.
• Ship experiences that make Digible dramatically more efficient internally and noticeably better to buy from and work with externally.
• Work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization.
• Help lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering.
• Engage in hands-on IC work with potential to grow into product management leadership.
• Report to the VP of Product.

What You'll Do

• Understand our customers, agency operations, and business deeply enough to see the unifying product beneath them.
• Build your pod's strategy from the VP-level product vision and strategy, then own the roadmap and execution for a brand-new pod from scratch.
• Lead discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences — integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization.
• Treat agency ops leaders as customers and partners, not requesters.
• Ship the full experience, including internal enablement and change management.
• Instrument a brand-new domain so success is measurable from day one.
• Mentor PMs and agency team members, shape team rituals, and grow deliberately toward player/coach people leadership over time.
• Make the right calls consistently in our most ambiguous domain.
• Stay ahead of AI and product trends — and educate the team and stakeholders on what matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of AI product experience.
• Technical depth to work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization.
• Proven 0→1 ownership: took an ambiguous, mission-critical product area from nothing to shipped and adopted.
• Cross-functional leadership without authority.
• Genuine desire to grow into product management leadership.

Preferred

• Small start-up (<150 people) experience.
• Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products.
• Tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service business experience.

Bonus

• First-PM-in-domain experience.
• Digital marketing domain knowledge (strategy, metrics, and technology).
• Real estate domain knowledge (ex: rentals, multifamily, single family, etc.).

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
