[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @JTL-Software GmbH

Role Description

Your mission is to own the journey of JTL Shop as we build our next generation of cloud products:

• Define the product and target picture for the next generation of JTL Shop.
• Shape foundational architecture and platform decisions with Engineering.
• Develop a prioritised, staged delivery plan toward partner beta and general availability.
• Continuously validate with merchants and service partners.
• Work embedded in the product team in the Selling area, closely with Engineering.
• Align stakeholders up to C-level and represent the shop strategy internally and with partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Product Manager for e-commerce, online-shop, or commerce-platform products.
• Experience in building or scaling a complex commerce product end-to-end.
• Owned a large, multi-year product build with real architectural stakes.
• Deep online-shop domain expertise: checkout, catalog, pricing, integrations, and ecosystem dynamics.
• Ability to develop a strong target picture and derive a realistic, staged path towards it.
• Use of AI for market and competitor analysis, discovery synthesis, and drafting.
• Clear point of view on how AI is changing online shopping.
• German language skills are a plus, not a must.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of holding the line up to C-level.
