Role Description

As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategy, execution, and operational performance for a portfolio of products and experiences that support millions of job seekers and employers around the world. You will define long-term product vision, guide organizational priorities, and oversee teams responsible for delivering scalable, high-impact customer experiences and business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Guide and develop organizations across Product Management.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to identify opportunities.
• Translate insights into product direction and bring new ideas to market.
• Help teams move quickly and make informed decisions using data and experimentation.
• Balance long-term platform investments with rapid execution against evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or a minimum of 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with a minimum of 8 years experience.
• Experience managing and developing Product Management teams and senior product leaders through coaching and mentorship.
• Experience building, scaling, and operating customer-facing digital products and platforms at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver complex product initiatives.
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and aligning execution to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments using data, experimentation, and product judgment to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience presenting strategy, results, and recommendations to executive leadership.
