[Hiring] Senior Director, Platform @Flexera

Role Description

Flexera is investing heavily in platform capabilities that will define our next decade of growth. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our Platform portfolio including:

• Unified Object Model (UOM)
• Data Platform
• Platform services
• Cross-product user experience initiatives

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping the capabilities that enable every Flexera solution. You will partner closely with:

• Product
• Engineering
• Architecture
• UX
• Data leaders globally

This role is ideal for a leader who is equally passionate about data platforms, platform strategy, AI enablement, and customer experience innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading product teams.
• Demonstrated success leading platform, data, infrastructure, developer platform, or shared services product organizations.
• Experience defining and scaling enterprise data platforms, governance frameworks, semantic models, or common platform services.
• Strong understanding of platform economics, adoption strategies, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, and AI organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate complex organizational and technical dependencies.
• Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams and senior leadership across time zones.

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, IT management, cloud management, FinOps, or technology data platforms.
• Knowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, data governance, data quality frameworks, and data products.
• Experience building AI-ready platforms, knowledge graphs, contextualization layers, or intelligent experiences.
• Experience leading user experience transformation initiatives within a multi-product SaaS environment.
• Experience operating within PE-backed or high-growth technology organizations.
• Experience serving as the most senior product leader for a regional office of a US-headquartered company.
