Role Description

This position will lead and drive product and growth strategies, initiatives, and programs that advance the most critical Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Dental priorities. This role will serve as a key connector across business units, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and delivering high-impact outcomes that shape the future of our IFP portfolio through strategic, collaborative, and visionary approaches delivering key business needs.

• Develops and directs the development of product definition and solution plans to optimize the company’s product portfolio.
• Evaluates business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio and solution alternatives through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive environment.
• Develops new product value propositions and targeted feature sets.
• Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues, and recommends new products and improvements.
• Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, or program leadership, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) market and regulatory landscape.
• Experience in enterprise or large-scale program management.
• Passion for improving healthcare access, affordability, and outcomes.
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

• Annual salary of 141,700 - 236,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
