[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @MetaMask

Role Description

This role sits at the intersection of platform and product experience. You will define the primitives, standards, and user journeys that make identity verification seamless, privacy-conscious, and globally compliant.

You will own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport, defining how a reusable identity layer unlocks the broader MetaMask product stack. You will:

• Build the underlying identity platform, creating scalable verification primitives and standards that can be adopted across products.
• Design a seamless, low-friction KYC experience that reduces time-to-first-transaction while maintaining compliance integrity.
• Drive adoption across MetaMask by partnering closely with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer, while balancing privacy, trust, and global regulatory requirements.
• Lead execution end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products.
• Strong background in fintech, ideally with exposure to Web3.
• Hands-on experience working with identity verification providers (IDV vendors) such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity.
• Familiarity with compliance workflows, including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes.
• Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams.
• Ability to operate across both technical systems and user experience.

Benefits

• US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits): $130,000 — $187,000 USD.
• Compensation for candidates based outside the US will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.
