Role Description

The Product Owner – Oracle ERP & EPM is responsible for managing and continuously improving Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM solutions to support business needs and strategic objectives. This role partners with Finance, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve functional issues, and maintain the product roadmap. The position focuses on optimizing Oracle Financials and related enterprise processes while identifying opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Essential Functions:

• Lead functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM capabilities, ensuring solutions effectively meet evolving business needs.
• Provide functional leadership for Oracle Financials and related enterprise processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional integrations.
• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and business leaders to understand business needs, resolve functional issues, stabilize processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate system enhancements based on business priorities, operational impact, and overall value to the organization.
• Support the transition of stabilized processes and solutions to business ownership, ensuring appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Oracle ERP and EPM product roadmap, including future releases, process improvements, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Evaluate new Oracle capabilities and identify opportunities to improve finance and operations processes through technology, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Ensure Oracle ERP and EPM solutions are aligned with the overall business architecture, enterprise strategy, and cross-functional process design.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.

• Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage the workflow of project team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development.

Work Environment

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.
• At least 3 years of related experience required.
