Role Description

Lead the design and optimization of customer service and case management processes using Service Cloud best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and maximize business value.
• Own and maintain the product backlog by defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through production release.
• Monitor product performance, resolve delivery risks, and ensure continuous process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and successful product adoption.
