The Product Owner connects pharmacy operations with Variable Copay and other Liviniti teams, helping translate business, client, member, and operational needs into clear priorities, coordinated initiatives, and sustainable processes. Although the role is not focused on technology product development, it applies product ownership and project coordination practices to support service quality, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and the successful implementation of enhancements across the CRx offering.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Partner with pharmacy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to establish priorities, define desired outcomes, clarify responsibilities, and coordinate work through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, decision logs, and follow-up items for assigned CRx initiatives without assuming responsibilities reserved for formal technology development teams.
  • Coordinate operational readiness for new clients, programs, service enhancements, and process changes, including documenting requirements, identifying dependencies, and confirming stakeholder preparedness.
  • Support alignment between CRx pharmacy operations, Variable Copay, Client Experience, Clinical, Compliance, Finance, Product, and other Liviniti teams as appropriate.
  • Monitor operational performance, service trends, stakeholder feedback, and recurring issues to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and priorities for corrective action.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of cross-functional operational issues by organizing the appropriate stakeholders, clarifying ownership, tracking commitments, and escalating barriers when necessary.
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation, workflows, business requirements, standard work, and other materials needed to support consistent execution and organizational knowledge.
  • Help evaluate proposed changes for operational impact, member and client experience, resource needs, compliance considerations, and alignment with CRx and Liviniti objectives.
  • Provide concise updates to pharmacy leadership and key stakeholders regarding initiative status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, training, communication, and implementation activities associated with operational changes, ensuring issues are documented and resolved before or after launch as appropriate.
  • Promote a member-focused and client-aligned approach that supports reliable specialty pharmacy service, effective coordination of care, medication access, affordability, and a consistent experience.
  • Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
